A short vignette I made for Anglicare. It profiles 2011 Australian Hero of the Year Donald Ritchie, who, over the course of 50 years, officially prevented 160 people from jumping to their deaths from the cliffs near his home by approaching them gently, listening to their problems, and, often, offering them a cup of tea.
